Technology-Routing is the trade - or brokerage - of product lines, technologies and patents with a mature stage of development, which are available to buy or open for license agreements. Technology -Routing opens up real win-win situations to the participating parties: Ready to market products and technologies with quick customer access and small R&D risk to the buyer or licensee. Additional return on investment to the seller or licensor. Often Technology – Routing Projects lead to cooperation in the fields of R&D, production and sales.
Our division Mergers & Acquisitions offers complete services along sale or purchase of complete companies or business divisions. From situation analysis and profile definition, over the first approach and negotiations, SWOT analysis, coordination of third parties (e.g. for due diligence), to final closing, we accompany the whole process.
